Agreement
By using MerchGhost, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.
What MerchGhost Provides
- Chrome extension for browser automation
- Support for Amazon Merch, Redbubble, and TeePublic
- Bulk upload tools
- Design management dashboard
Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you use MerchGhost.
- You must follow each platform's terms
- You must use content you own or have rights to
- You are responsible for any actions taken using your account
Platform Risk (Important)
MerchGhost automates actions inside your real browser session. However:
- Platforms may change their policies at any time
- Automation always carries some level of risk
- We do not control how platforms detect or respond
👉 Use the tool responsibly and within reasonable limits.
No Guarantees
We provide MerchGhost "as-is". We do not guarantee:
- Account safety
- Sales or results
- Continuous uptime
- Compatibility with future platform changes
Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices may change with prior notice
- Failed payments may result in suspension
Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new users
- No refunds after 7 days
- No refunds for account issues or misuse
⚠️Design Auto-Deletion Policy (IMPORTANT)
When Are Your Designs Deleted?
If your subscription expires and you do NOT renew it for 20 complete days, ALL your designs will be automatically deleted from our system.
Example: If your subscription ends on June 1st, your designs will be automatically deleted on June 21st.
What Gets Deleted?
- ✗ All your designs (Amazon, Redbubble, TeePublic)
- ✗ All uploaded images
- ✗ Design history and metadata
- ✗ Backups from our servers
⚠️ This deletion is PERMANENT and CANNOT be reversed.
How to Avoid Deletion
- ✅ Renew your subscription before it expires
- ✅ Enable auto-renewal to avoid forgetting
- ✅ Keep copies of your designs on your computer
- ✅ Watch for notifications about your subscription status
By using MerchGhost, you acknowledge and accept this design deletion policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating these terms
- Misuse or abuse
- Non-payment
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
